Mr. Lindstrom brings to NFS over 28 years of experience in supervising and assessing nuclear reactor operations and maintenance, and has demonstrated success in leading multi-functional high performance teams in dynamic and diverse contexts; expertise in assessing operations, identifying areas of need, and developing/implementing strategic plans to achieve successful outcomes within budget; skill in training, staff development, motivation, and key personnel retention; experience in design and communication of strategic vision, and organizing/allocating resources to attain enterprise objectives; and ability to built strong alliances and teams.
Mr. Lindstrom has completed a distinguished career of over 28 years US Navy active service, and was most recently assigned as Chief of Staff for Commander, Submarine Group Ten, Kings Bay, Georgia. In this position he was the senior on site officer responsible for the nation’s Atlantic coast ballistic missile submarine fleet. He has Pentagon experience both on the Navy Staff and the Joint Staff, and was a key member of the military team that developed our nation’s response to the September 11, 2001 attacks in the areas of Counter-proliferation and Chemical and Biological Warfare Defense.
Tim holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
